WeaveYourPath ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and learning platform, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, optional university and field of study
• Learning activity: enrollments, lesson progress, lab attempts, quiz results
• Personalization choices: your chosen language, the goal you approve, a short summary of your situation, and the project you select
• Waitlist emails when you request launch notifications for upcoming courses
• Technical data: device/browser type, approximate location from IP (for security)

How we use information

• Provide courses, AI tutoring, and progress tracking
• Send transactional emails (account, password reset, waitlist updates)
• Improve product quality and prevent abuse

AI tutoring

When you use the AI tutor, practice labs, or the onboarding conversation, the text needed to answer you is sent to our AI providers. During onboarding, what you tell us about your situation helps suggest a goal and three possible projects.

We keep what you tell us in that conversation, along with the summary, goal, language, and project you approve. We keep it so that your tutor can work from your actual situation for the rest of your course instead of asking you again. You can read everything we remember about you on your profile, correct any of it, and delete any item or all of it at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

Please do not enter exact addresses, identity numbers, financial account details, or health information. If you share a device with other people, sign out when you finish, because anyone signed in as you can read what your tutor remembers.
